Self Storage Property Manager - F/T
Overview
Manage self storage operations in Atlanta, GA overseeing property maintenance and customer interactions. This role involves leading teams and driving growth while ensuring high standards of service.
What You'll Do9
- 1Own property and facility upkeep including grounds keeping and housekeeping
- 2Complete rental agreements receipts insurance addendums and other required documents
- 3Collect all rent fees and monies owed daily
- 4Maintain tenant files using provided computer systems prepare and mail reports
- 5Send legal notices make courtesy calls collect past due rent and document calls
- 6Process collections and delinquent accounts following policy and laws
- 7Keep empty spaces clean and ready for rent
- 8Promote marketing programs and track outside services
- 9Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals
Requirements6
- 15+ years customer service or retail sales experience
- 2Proficient telephone skills
- 3Valid driver license
