Requirements10
- 15+ years managing storage facilities or similar roles
- 2Proven leadership experience with direct reports
- 3Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- 4Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- 5Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- 6Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel
- 7Experience with POS systems and inventory management software
- 8Certification in Customer Service or Leadership preferred
- 9Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds regularly
- 10Commitment to maintaining safe working environments
