What You'll Do8
- 1Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing tailored solutions.
- 2Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals unit insurance and moving supplies.
- 3Ensure cleanliness standards via continuous maintenance of the site including office interior and exterior areas.
- 4Perform daily site safety inspections including lock checks.
- 5Address customer concerns related to billing security auctions and proper site usage.
- 6Handle cash transactions balance receipts follow up on delinquent payments process payments and complete daily bank deposits.
- 7Protect company culture by establishing professional relationships with all employees.
- 8Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Current valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- 3High School diploma or GED required
- 4Reliable communication skills and passion for helping people
- 5Experience in sales associate customer service retail associate store associate hospitality front desk agent leasing agent rental agent property management retail sales sales specialist
