What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing tailored solutions
- 2Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals unit insurance and moving supplies
- 3Ensure highest cleanliness standards via sweeping mopping and grounds maintenance
- 4Perform daily site safety inspections including lock checks
- 5Address customer concerns regarding billing security auctions and proper site usage
- 6Handle cash transactions balance receipts follow up on delinquent payments and complete daily bank deposits
- 7Protect company culture by fostering professional relationships with all employees
- 8Establish and maintain professional relationships with all Extra Space staff
- 9Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle
- 3High School diploma or GED required
- 4Reliable communication skills and passion for helping others
- 5Experience in sales retail hospitality or property management
- 6Ability to lift items up to 35 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- 7Willingness to work both indoor and outdoor environments with varying physical demands
