The Assistant Store Manager leads daily operations of self-storage facilities ensuring cleanliness and operational excellence while building customer relationships and driving sales.
What You'll Do8
- 1Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing tailored solutions
- 2Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals unit insurance and moving supplies
- 3Ensure highest standards of cleanliness through continuous maintenance of site office and building interiors exteriors
- 4Perform daily site safety inspections including lock checks
- 5Address and resolve customer concerns related to billing security auctions and proper site usage
- 6Handle cash transactions balance receipts follow up on delinquent payments process customer payments and complete daily bank deposits
- 7Protect company culture by establishing professional relationships with all employees
- 8Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements5
- 11+ year of customer-facing work experience
- 2Sales experience preferred
- 3Current valid driver’s license and access to reliable personal vehicle
- 4High School diploma or GED required
- 5College education is a plus
