What You'll Do9
- 1Oversee daily security operations including staffing scheduling and training
- 2Ensure contract training and screening requirements are completed
- 3Maintain service quality through regular performance inspections
- 4Handle emergency notifications and post orders

- 6Make recommendations for productivity cost reduction

Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2State licensing qualifications
- 3One year supervisory experience in security
- 4Associates degree or higher
- 5Minimum age 18 years old
- 6Radio or telephone equipment operation skills
- 7Ability to interact with public and communicate effectively
- 8Strong problem solving abilities
- 9Active listening and conflict mediation skills
- 10Excellent written and verbal communication
