What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and clients while executing security procedures and emergency responses
- 2Perform regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors exterior grounds parking areas and perimeter locations
- 3Monitor access points and visitor activity verifying authorizations and reporting suspicious behavior to site contacts and leadership
- 4Complete accurate daily activity reports incident documentation and patrol logs according to site protocols
- 5Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or security concerns
Requirements6
- 1Guard card or license preferred
- 2Customer service experience preferred
- 3Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles
- 4High school diploma or equivalent
- 5Background investigation required
