What You'll Do11
- 1Provide customer service to visitors tenants employees and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a retail and mall location
- 2Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas entrances parking areas and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns
- 3Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property reporting suspicious behavior hazards maintenance concerns and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel
- 4Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established emergency response procedures
- 5Prepare clear and accurate activity reports incident documentation and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements
- 6Own and scale daily operations while driving business outcomes
- 7Debug and resolve security workflow issues
- 8Drive safety initiatives across multiple sites
- 9Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
- 10Maintain confidentiality and professionalism under pressure
- 11Adapt to fast-paced retail environments
Requirements5
- 1At least 2 years of security-related experience
- 2Fluent in speaking reading and writing Spanish
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Valid driver’s license for driving positions
- 5Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles and 21 for armed roles
