What You'll Do5
- 1Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the freight yard, dock doors, trailer parking, and access points to deter unauthorized activity.
- 2Monitor facility access, verify credentials, and report unauthorized persons or suspicious behavior to the control center.
- 3Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following site procedures and notifying supervisors or emergency services as needed.
- 4Document every patrol, incident, and observation in the required logs and reports.
- 5Provide customer service to clients by executing site-specific security procedures and emergency response protocols.
Requirements6
- 118+ years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed positions).
- 2High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3Customer service experience is preferred.
- 4State, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
- 5Pass a background investigation and drug screen as permitted by law.
- 6Valid driver's license for driving positions only.
