- 1Patrol loading docks, shipping areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter security incidents.
- 2Monitor visitor, employee, and delivery-driver activity, verifying authorized access per site procedures.
- 3Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations with calm problem-solving.
- 4Document observations and irregular conditions, reporting concerns to site leadership.
- 5Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and emergency responses.
- 6Conduct regular and random patrols to maintain a visible presence.
- 7Support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries.
