What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and vendors by carrying out security related procedures location specific policies and emergency response activities
- 2Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility interiors entrances parking areas and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual activity hazards and policy concerns
- 3Respond to incidents medical emergencies and critical situations in a calm professional problem solving manner following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel
- 4Assist with access control by monitoring entrances checking credentials as required directing visitors and reporting unauthorized access concerns
- 5Document patrols incidents observations and other security related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and location requirements

- 1Comfortable working in a hospital morgue
- 2Ability to restrain individuals
- 3Guard card or license preferred
- 4Customer service experience preferred
- 5Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred
- 6Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles and 21 for armed roles
- 7High school diploma or equivalent
- 8Background investigation required
- 9Drug screen required as permitted by law
- 10Licensing requirements subject to state and local laws
- 11Valid driver’s license required for driving positions
