What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
- 2Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner
- 3Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access
- 4Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with property policies, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to appropriate personnel
- 5Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence throughout the residential community
Requirements10
- 11 year security-related experience is required
- 2Valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
- 3Guard Card or license is preferred
- 4Access control and badge experience is preferred
- 5Customer service experience is preferred
- 6Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- 7Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- 8Subject to background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- 9Subject to drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- 10Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
