Overview
Security Officer driving patrol for Commercial Real Estate in Raleigh NC. You will deter incidents, assist tenants and visitors, and respond to alarms and incidents. Part time schedule with day and overnight shifts. Eligible drivers can claim shifts via our system and grow their careers. This role blends customer service with security operations and offers flexible hours.
What You'll Do5
- 1Drive patrols and foot checks of property to deter incidents
- 2Monitor access points and observe activity reporting concerns
- 3Respond calmly to incidents and alarms and notify appropriate personnel
- 4Complete detailed incident and activity reports and shift communications
- 5Provide courteous customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff
Requirements5
- 1Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal policy
- 2Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Background check as required by law
- 5Drug screen as permitted by law
