What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures access-control protocols and emergency response activities
- 2Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility buildings parking areas entrances and perimeter areas to identify and report suspicious activity hazards or unauthorized access
- 3Monitor access points and visitor activity assist with directions and escorts and help maintain an orderly environment for patient care
- 4Document observations incidents and patrol activities and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts
- 5Respond to incidents medical emergencies disturbances and other critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established reporting and notification procedures
