Overview
You will serve as an unarmed patrol officer for a financial institution in Raleigh, NC, protecting property and people during overnight shifts. This part-time role covers Saturday and Sunday from 11 PM to 7 AM. You will conduct routine and random patrols, monitor access points, and provide professional customer service. What You'll Do6
- 1Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual activity.
- 2Monitor access points and visitor activity following site procedures, documenting observations and reporting incidents to appropriate personnel.
- 3Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following emergency response protocols.
- 4Prepare clear and accurate activity and incident reports, communicating relevant information to site contacts and leadership.
- 5Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
- 6Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents.
Requirements8
- 118+ years of age for unarmed roles.
- 2Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 3Customer service experience preferred.
- 4Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
- 5Access control and badge experience preferred.
- 6Pass a background investigation and drug screen as permitted by law.
- 7Licensing requirements per state and local laws may be required prior to employment.
- 8A valid driver's license for driving positions only.
