What You'll Do5
- 1Build security presence through regular patrols of healthcare facilities and perimeters to deter incidents and identify concerns
- 2Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner following protocols
- 3Monitor access points and assist with visitor, patient, and staff flow per site procedures
- 4Document incidents and observations accurately and communicate them to leadership and responders
- 5Support de-escalation and patient/staff interactions while maintaining professional communication
Requirements9
- 1At least one year of security-related experience
- 2High school diploma or GED
- 3Ability to restrain individuals in a hospital setting
- 4Comfort with using a computer or tablet
- 5Access control and badge experience preferred
- 6Must be 18+ for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles
- 7Background check and drug screening as required by law
- 8Valid driver’s license only for driving positions
- 9Reside or work in California and eligible to work onsite
