Overview
You will safeguard clients across Healthcare, Education, and Finance industries, using Taser certification and exclusive shift-pickup platform to control your schedule. What You'll Do8
- 1Patrol designated areas on foot or in vehicle, watching for irregular conditions or safety hazards.
- 2Sound alarms and notify police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized persons.
- 3Warn violators of rule infractions such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.
- 4Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits.
- 5Observe departing personnel to prevent theft of company property and ensure authorized removal per client requirements.
- 6Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs.
- 7Aid customers, employees, and visitors courteously and professionally.
- 8Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
Requirements12
- 1High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- 2Valid driver's license if driving company or customer-owned vehicles.
- 3Pass background investigation and drug screen as permitted by law.
- 4No prior security experience required.
- 5At least 18 years old, or 21 years if armed per state requirements.
- 6Reliability and adaptability to different post assignments.
- 7Operate radio or telephone equipment and console monitors.
- 8Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
- 9Effective oral and written communication skills.
- 10Active listening, problem-solving, and conflict mediation skills.
- 11Assess situations effectively and identify critical issues quickly.
- 12Attention to detail and teamwork.
