What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to tenants visitors and property staff while following site policies and emergency response procedures
- 2Respond to incidents tenant concerns and critical situations in a calm problem solving manner after following reporting and escalation protocols
- 3Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors exteriors parking facilities common spaces and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity
- 4Monitor access points observe activity report unusual conditions maintenance concerns and security issues to appropriate personnel
- 5Complete accurate daily activity reports incident documentation and patrol logs as required by site
Requirements7
- 1Be at least 21 years of age
- 2Customer service experience preferred
- 3Access control and badge experience preferred
- 4Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred
- 5High school diploma or equivalent
- 6Background check and drug screen as required by law
- 7Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only
