Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Badge Issuance
Overview
Badge Issuance security role at Allied Universal in Houston, TX. You will support access control at a chemical and petrochemical site, provide customer service, and respond to incidents. What You'll Do6
- 1Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while enforcing site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities
- 2Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and control entry and exit per site requirements
- 3Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm, problem-solving actions and documentation
- 4Conduct regular patrols of access-control areas, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unauthorized activity and hazards
- 5Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation and communicate security concerns professionally
- 6Support badge issuance and access control tasks at the site when required
Requirements9
- 1At least 6 months of security-related experience
- 2Access control and badge issuance experience preferred
- 3Customer service experience preferred
- 4Comfort using a computer or tablet
- 5High school diploma or equivalent
- 6Background check required
- 7Drug screen required where permitted by law
- 8Valid driver's license required for driving positions only
- 9Age 18+ for unarmed roles, 21+ for armed roles
