What You'll Do8
- 1Patrol the building and perimeter hourly, documenting observations via digital reporting tools on computer or tablet.
- 2Respond to alarms, suspicious activity, and incidents with immediate action, following site-specific protocols.
- 3Greet visitors and staff, providing professional customer service and clear communication.
- 4Enforce access control policies, verifying credentials and managing entry points.
- 5Complete shift logs and incident reports, ensuring accurate, timely records.
- 6Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services during critical situations.
- 7Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems as part of routine patrol checks.
- 8Support emergency response drills and assist with evacuations when needed.
Requirements7
- 118+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed positions.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3Guard card or license preferred.
- 4Comfort using computer and tablet for reporting.
- 5Customer service experience preferred.
- 6Pass background investigation and drug screening per local, state, and federal laws.
- 7Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
