What You'll Do6
- 1Provide customer service to tenants visitors and contractors while following security procedures
- 2Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior grounds parking access points and perimeters
- 3Monitor location access and report unusual activity maintenance concerns and incidents
- 4Respond to incidents professionally solving problems calmly
- 5Complete accurate patrol logs incident reports and documentation per site procedures
- 6Maintain a safe environment for all individuals on premises
Requirements6
- 1Access control and badge experience preferred
- 2Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred
- 3Customer service experience preferred
- 4Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles
- 5High school diploma or equivalent
- 6Valid driver’s license required for driving positions
