Overview
Owns security operations in a healthcare setting at scale, ensuring safety for patients, staff, and visitors. What You'll Do10
- 1Build patrol routines on foot or in vehicle to cover designated areas and protect assets
- 2Design and implement security protocols to deter theft, loitering, and unauthorized access
- 3Lead emergency response by notifying authorities and following site post orders
- 4Ship incident reports with accurate details and timely follow up for investigations
- 5Own entry control by screening entrants and monitoring exits to meet client requirements
- 6Scale site coverage by adjusting shifts based on operational needs and events
- 7Debug unusual conditions and communicate findings to supervisors and stakeholders
- 8Drive courteous, professional interactions with patients, staff, and visitors
- 9Manage documentation and logs for incidents, evacuations, and safety checks
- 10Coordinate with security teams and facilities for a safe, compliant environment
Requirements10
- 1Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience
- 2Valid driver’s license for driving company or customer-owned vehicle
- 3Background check and drug screening as required by law
- 4Must be at least 18 years old (21 if armed in certain states)
- 5Ability to operate radio/console equipment and communicate clearly in writing and speech
- 6Demonstrated communication, problem-solving, and conflict mediation skills
- 7Preferred multilingual abilities (Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic)
- 8Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
- 9Willingness to work irregular shifts with little notice
- 10Reliable, adaptable, and able to work in a healthcare environment
