What You'll Do7
- 1Lead by example while maintaining hospitality and professionalism
- 2Create morale and foster teamwork through coaching and mentoring
- 3Fill divots on the turf track and open gaps using turf boards
- 4Assist Starter assistant starters and outriders during turf races
- 5Irrigate turf track infield and festival sites using hoses and water reels
- 6Help other departments including housekeeping and equipment operators
- 7Perform other duties as directed
Requirements10
- 1At least 16 years old
- 2Must obtain MRC license
- 3Pass pre-employment drug test
- 4Ability to work independently
- 5Flexibility for schedule including days nights weekends and holidays May September
- 6Work outdoors under all weather conditions
- 7Use ladders up to 12 ft
- 8Frequent wrist or hand use
- 9Lift and handle 50lb loads for four hours
- 10Climb five flights of stairs
