What You'll Do11
- 1Build relationships with customers to help them find products and provide solutions
- 2Design and implement Store In Stock Optimization tasks as assigned
- 3Drive shrink and safety programs through proper procedures
- 4Assist with inventory management including restocking and planograms
- 5Ship orders from store locations and manage truck unload logistics
- 6Maintain store appearance and recover merchandise efficiently
- 7Educate customers about VOC surveys and frame shop products
- 8Support omnichannel operations including BOPIS and SFS fulfillment
- 9Perform physical tasks such as bending lifting and accessing high shelves
- 10Execute cash handling according to established standards
- 11Promote organizational mission while maintaining positive customer interactions
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of retail or customer service experience
- 3At least sixteen years old
- 4Proficiency with AWS Certified solutions
- 5Experience with Kubernetes infrastructure
- 6Familiarity with CPC Card systems
- 7Knowledge of BCBA certification requirements
- 8Ability to work nights weekends and early mornings
- 9Physical stamina for standing and moving throughout store
- 10Experience with retail environments and customer service standards
