Seasonal Bartender, Bar Operations & Customer Experience
Overview
Own guest experience at events by crafting beverages and maintaining bar presentation for banquet and restaurant patrons. You will work with the management team to support bar menus, service standards, and safe alcohol practices. This role operates onsite in Rawhide, Phoenix, during seasonal events, with a focus on hospitality and accuracy in cash handling.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and mix cocktails and other drinks to standard recipes while maintaining quality
- 2Serve beverages and snacks to patrons and manage interactions to ensure a fun, safe environment
- 3Take beverage orders from patrons or staff, process payments, and balance cash receipts
- 4Maintain bar cleanliness and organization, including glassware, equipment, and displays
- 5Assist in managing bar inventory, restocking supplies, and contributing ideas for bar menus and specials
Requirements5
- 1Must possess Basic Level Alcohol Service Training Certification
- 2Knowledge of Arizona State and Gila River Indian Community liquor laws
- 3Computer skills in POS systems
- 4Ability to multitask and work in a high volume environment
- 5Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
