Requirements8
- 1HS Diploma or equivalent
- 25 years of experience in a seafood department with 3 years in management
- 3Proficiency with fish processing and storage techniques
- 4Strong knowledge of seafood displays and preparation methods
- 5Ability to lead teams and deliver excellent customer service
- 6Experience with inventory control and mathematical problem solving
- 7Ability to interpret instructions and solve operational challenges
