Overview
You will deliver speech and language services to a diverse student caseload in a supportive Minnesota district, working onsite full-time from late August 2026 to early June 2027. Your team includes teachers, staff, and families, with mentorship for Clinical Fellows. You'll own assessments, IEPs, and direct therapy, impacting student communication and learning. What You'll Do6
- 1Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload of students, using CCC-SLP standards.
- 2Conduct formal and informal assessments to determine student needs, documenting results.
- 3Develop and implement IEPs with multidisciplinary teams, setting measurable goals.
- 4Provide direct therapy, monitor progress, and maintain accurate student records.
- 5Consult with educators and families, sharing strategies and progress updates.

Requirements7
- 1Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- 2Active Minnesota SLP license, with PDF upload.
- 3CCC-SLP preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows considered.
- 4Prior experience in school, pediatric, or educational settings.
- 5Demonstrated collaboration with teachers, staff, and families.
- 6Strong organizational, diagnostic, and documentation skills.
- 7Available full-time, onsite M-F, 37.5 hours weekly.
