- 4Ship and maintain cleaning supplies inventory.
- 5Drive safety compliance with OSHA standards.
- 6Scale cleaning processes based on facility needs.
- 7Debug scheduling issues and resolve conflicts.
- 8Develop training programs for new hires.
- 9Analyze performance metrics to drive improvements.
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience in commercial cleaning.
- 2High school diploma or GED required.
- 3Tennessee driver’s license needed.
- 4Proficiency with Spark and Airflow for data analysis.
- 53-5 seasons of relevant work experience.
- 6Knowledge of Kubernetes for infrastructure management.
- 7Certification CPC Card preferred.
- 8Valid BCBA certification optional.
- 9Ability to operate heavy equipment safely.
Salary Insight
$33 - $50k per year
