Overview
Own the SAP S4 HANA technical strategy and delivery at scale within a hybrid work model. Lead architecture, governance, and delivery across SAP S4 HANA initiatives in a senior IT leadership capacity. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and lead SAP S4 HANA technical strategy and roadmap across on premise and cloud deployments
- 2Design and oversee end to end SAP S4 HANA solutions ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
- 3Lead technical governance, reviews, and architecture decisions with senior stakeholders
- 4Mentor and manage a team of engineers and architects to deliver high quality SAP solutions
- 5Drive delivery outcomes in the first 90 days, including stabilization of existing SAP landscapes and modernization efforts
- 6Collaborate with functional leads to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- 7Scale performance, optimize cost, and ensure compliance with SAP best practices
- 8Own risk management, incident response, and disaster recovery planning for SAP environments
- 9Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and integration
- 10Maintain strong documentation, standards, and best practices across the SAP landscape
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 2Minimum 15 years of IT experience with at least 10 years in senior management roles
- 3Extensive experience with SAP S4 HANA in large enterprise environments
- 4Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- 5Experience with hybrid work models and cross functional collaboration
- 6Proven track record delivering complex SAP initiatives on time and within budget
- 7Excellent problem solving and strategic thinking abilities
