Overview
Lead end to end SAP HANA S/4HANA initiatives with a strong blend of technical depth and project leadership. You will own migrations, upgrades, and technical transformations at scale within a collaborative team. This role emphasizes hands on SAP HANA expertise and strategic delivery in a multinational environment. You will partner with stakeholders, drive requirements, and ensure successful implementation milestones.
What You'll Do9
- 1Lead end to end SAP HANA and S/4HANA implementations and migrations, delivering on time and on budget.
- 2Coordinate cross functional teams to design, plan, and execute technical transformations across the SAP landscape.
- 3Define and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.
- 4Architect technical solutions for upgrades and migrations, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- 5Drive requirements gathering, validation, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- 6Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align SAP initiatives with business goals.
- 7Develop and monitor project metrics, status reports, and governance artifacts.
- 8Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, results oriented environment.
- 9Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements6
- 115+ years of IT experience with a focus on SAP HANA technical delivery
- 2Proven expertise in SAP HANA and S/4HANA migrations, upgrades, and transformations
- 3Strong ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders
- 4Experience in requirements management, solution design, and technical leadership
- 5Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
- 6Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
