What You'll Do9
- 1Design and execute end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA SD implementations aligned with organizational goals
- 2Lead cross-functional teams to configure and customize complex SAP landscapes including non-SAP systems
- 3Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to analyze processes and design optimal SAP configurations
- 4Develop scalable solutions that integrate SAP with legacy and modern applications
- 5Drive continuous improvement through automation and optimization of SAP processes
- 6Mentor junior consultants and establish best practices for SAP deployment
- 7Scale SAP solutions across multiple business units and geographies
- 8Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for enhancement
- 9Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements9
- 15+ years building SAP S/4 HANA SD environments using Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading complex ERP transformations
- 38+ years experience with SAP S/4 HANA SD implementations
- 4Proficiency in SAP's standard implementation framework
- 5Hands-on experience configuring complex heterogeneous landscapes
- 6Expertise in SAP SD functionalities and workflow automation
- 7Strong background in process analysis and business requirement documentation
- 8Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- 9Analytical mindset for diagnosing system issues and recommending solutions
