Overview
Own end-to-end SAP delivery for a client in Miami, leading a team of 20+ professionals with 20 years of SAP expertise. You will manage escalations, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure project milestones are met from the client office. What You'll Do7
- 1Lead the SAP delivery team from the client office in Miami, ensuring project goals are achieved.
- 2Drive SAP FICO and ABAP development and configuration, guiding the team on technical decisions.
- 3Manage escalations and resolve issues promptly, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- 4Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to align delivery with client expectations.
- 5Own the delivery roadmap, tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed.
- 6Ensure quality and consistency across SAP modules, leveraging 20 years of experience.

Requirements6
- 120 years of SAP experience, with deep expertise in SAP FICO and ABAP.
- 25+ years in a delivery lead role, managing teams and client escalations.
- 3Proven track record of leading SAP projects, from requirements to go-live.
- 4Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in escalation handling.
- 5Willingness to work onsite in Miami, Florida (local or relocatable).
- 6Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations, including S/4HANA is a plus.
