What You'll Do9
- 1Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and protein bowls following Nature's Table recipes and standards.
- 2Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions using the point-of-sale system and balance the cash drawer.
- 3Set up your station per café guidelines and maintain sanitation and food safety procedures.
- 4Restock ingredients and supplies throughout shifts to meet demand.
- 5Accommodate guests with food allergies or intolerances by adjusting orders.
- 6Use and maintain equipment properly, reporting any issues.
- 7Close the shift by cleaning your station and following safety protocols.
- 8Train new barista/cashier team members on procedures and standards.
- 9Promote products and specials through suggestive selling to drive repeat business.
Requirements9
- 1Must have a valid driver's license to obtain an airport parking pass.
- 2Must obtain a liquor license.
- 3Prior sandwich artist, cashier, or CSR experience preferred but not required.
- 4Knowledge of food service procedures, sanitation, and safe food handling.
- 5Ability to work nights and weekends from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
- 6Effective communication and customer service skills.
- 7Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- 8Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
- 9Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Salary Insight
