Overview
You will own the customer experience at multiple restaurant locations inside Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, serving thousands of travelers daily. What You'll Do9
- 1Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately using the POS system.
- 2Prepare and serve food and beverages following company standards and health regulations.
- 3Operate the cash register, process payments, and balance your drawer at shift end.
- 4Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, including wiping down surfaces and sweeping floors.
- 5Restock supplies and ingredients throughout your shift to keep service running without delays.
- 6Assist with food prep: assemble sandwiches, chop ingredients, and brew coffee.
- 7Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to management when needed.
- 8Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handwashing and temperature checks.
- 9Collaborate with team members during peak rushes to ensure smooth operations and fast service.
Requirements9
- 1Must be at least 18 years old.
- 2Previous food service or customer service experience preferred.
- 3Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
- 4Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
- 5Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
- 6TIPS certification required within 30 days of hire.
