Fast Food Attendant, Detroit Airport
Overview
You'll own the customer experience at our Detroit Airport location, handling transactions and keeping the unit spotless. You'll work with a team of 10+ in a high-volume environment, serving up to 500 customers per shift. What You'll Do6
- 1Greet customers, take food orders, and suggest add-on items to boost sales.
- 2Operate the POS system to ring up orders, process cash and card payments, and give accurate change.
- 3Clean and stock the work area, ensuring all surfaces and equipment meet health standards.
- 4Receive and unpack inventory, lifting up to 40 lbs, and rotate products to maintain freshness.
- 5Assist kitchen staff with food prep, wrapping, labeling, and temperature checks.
- 6Reconcile cash drawer at shift end and flag any discrepancies to the manager.
Requirements5
- 1No prior experience required, but cash handling and customer service are a plus.
- 2Ability to stand, bend, and twist for the full shift.
- 3Clear communication skills in English to take orders and interact with customers.
- 4Reliable and punctual, with a friendly demeanor.
- 5Must be able to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
