You will lead daily operations at a high-volume QSR inside Atlanta Airport, ensuring fast, friendly service and safety compliance. What You'll Do6
- 1Lead team members during assigned shifts, directing task execution and service flow.
- 2Ensure speed of service, food quality, and cleanliness standards meet QSR requirements.
- 3Open and close the restaurant following established procedures.
- 4Support training and coaching of crew members on QSR best practices.
- 5Handle cash and monitor register transactions for accuracy.
- 6Maintain food safety and airport security compliance.
Requirements6
- 11+ year of QSR or restaurant experience.
- 2Prior leadership or key-holder experience preferred.
- 3Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- 4Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 5Must qualify for airport badging or security clearance.
- 6Stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
