You will lead a team of stylists at a busy full-service salon, while also working behind the chair with hair color and cutting. What You'll Do9
- 1Lead daily salon operations, including opening and closing duties, while maintaining a customer-first focus.
- 2Support goal setting and hold staff accountable for their daily duties and personal goals.
- 3Assist with scheduling stylists for shifts to ensure optimal coverage.
- 4Work behind the chair delivering hair color and highlighting services to guests.
- 5Deliver hair cutting services for men, women, and children with precision and creativity.
- 6Drive retail product sales by recommending and selling hair care products.
- 7Resolve customer complaints to their satisfaction, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
- 8Manage inventory control and place supply orders to keep the salon stocked.
- 9Mentor and empower stylists daily, reinforcing a strong team environment.
Requirements8
- 15+ years of salon experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- 2Valid Arizona Cosmetology license in good standing.
- 3Proven ability to perform hair cutting and coloring services with current trends.
- 4Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and support a team.
- 5Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Point of Sale systems and Google services.
- 6Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented with exceptional guest service skills.
- 7Willingness to participate in and encourage free education provided by Fantastic Sams.
- 8Ability to work in a fast-paced, fun, busy atmosphere.
