What You'll Do11
- 1Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
- 2Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales targets
- 3Perform DIY services including battery installation testing and wiper installs
- 4Maintain store product and operational standards
- 5Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away shoot outs cycle counts and back stock
- 6Store cleanliness including floors bathrooms facing dusting parking lot
- 7Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
- 8Use delivery board system and POS systems
- 9Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers peers and management
- 10Read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- 11Test and diagnose equipment for DIY service
Requirements6
- 12-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- 2Basic driving and navigation ability
- 3Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- 4Speak and write English with Spanish proficiency
- 5Familiarity with store systems and automotive systems
- 6Knowledge of inventory management and back stock procedures
