Overview
A client of Innova Solutions seeks a Salesforce Business Analyst for a 4-month contract in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, reporting to the Salesforce/CRM Manager. You will bridge business needs and the Salesforce platform, focusing on Sales Cloud and lead management. Translate how sales, marketing, and design studio teams operate into clear requirements, then partner with Salesforce admins to deliver solutions. This role drives measurable improvements in lead conversion and sales efficiency.
What You'll Do7
- 1Interview sales, marketing, and design studio stakeholders to document current workflows and pain points in Sales Cloud.
- 2Translate business requirements into detailed functional specs for Salesforce configuration and development.
- 3Partner with Salesforce admins to design and validate solutions for lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle stages.
- 4Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business teams to ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria.
- 5Create training materials and lead hands-on sessions for Sales Cloud users to drive adoption.
- 6Monitor post-deployment metrics to identify gaps and recommend iterative improvements.
- 7Maintain a prioritized backlog of requirements and coordinate with the Salesforce/CRM Manager on release planning.
Requirements7
- 13+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a focus on Sales Cloud and lead management.
- 2Proven track record translating business workflows into Salesforce configuration and process builder flows.
- 3Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards to support sales KPIs.
- 4Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to facilitate workshops for cross-functional teams.
- 5Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
- 6Experience in a B2B sales environment with complex lead routing rules.
- 7Ability to work onsite in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania for the contract duration.
