Salesforce Business Analyst, BSA & UAT
Overview
You will own the full requirements lifecycle for Salesforce implementations, from process mapping to UAT at AspireIT Solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across business, product, and engineering teams to drive current-state analysis and future-state design. This 6-month role offers the chance to shape key Salesforce projects in Dallas.
What You'll Do5
- 1Gather and document Salesforce requirements from stakeholders, turning them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- 2Map current processes and identify gaps, producing current-state and future-state documentation.
- 3Facilitate UAT planning, execution, and defect triage with business users to ensure quality delivery.
- 4Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across business, product, and engineering teams.
- 5Drive analysis for Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, or PRM processes to align solutions with business needs.
Requirements5
- 14-6 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a focus on requirements gathering and documentation.
- 2Proven ability to create user stories, process maps, and gap analysis for Salesforce projects.
- 3Experience facilitating UAT sessions and triaging defects.
- 4Working knowledge of Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, or PRM processes.
- 5Strong stakeholder management skills across business, product, and engineering teams.
