Overview
You will own the full sales support cycle for aircraft component maintenance, from quoting to warranty resolution, at a shop serving Atlanta and beyond. You join a detail-oriented team that overhauls landing gear and hard-to-find aircraft accessories, ensuring mechanics get certified parts fast. This role sits at the intersection of customer service and mechanical knowledge, with a focus on relationship building. You will take ownership of customer inquiries from first call to job completion, working in a climate-controlled shop with a 40-hour week.
What You'll Do7
- 1Respond to customer requests via phone and email with accurate part availability and pricing.
- 2Process sales orders and quote parts, ensuring every detail meets FAA standards.

- 11 year of mechanical experience required.
