What You'll Do12
- 1Perform maintenance and servicing of all aircraft mechanical systems
- 2Repair and troubleshoot mechanical components including engines and landing gear
- 3Coordinate inspections to meet FAA and internal requirements
- 4Complete work orders and manage shift turnovers efficiently
- 5Identify and tag customer property during maintenance processes
- 6Store and secure aircraft components safely
- 7Follow SOPs and JSAs while operating ground support equipment
- 8Apply lean initiatives to improve shop organization and productivity
- 9Maintain knowledge of FAA regulations and maintenance manuals
- 10Drive continuous improvement in repair station operations
- 11Collaborate with cross-functional teams for aircraft overhauls
- 12Ensure quality standards are met through thorough documentation
Requirements11
- 12 years aviation maintenance experience focusing on avionics electrical and mechanical systems
- 2A&P license required
- 3Valid Driver’s License
- 4High School Diploma or GED
- 56S and Lean Initiatives experience
- 6Knowledge of FAA regulations and maintenance documentation
- 7Ability to read write speak and understand English
- 8Experience with aircraft models and technical manuals
- 9Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and service bulletins
- 10Commitment to workplace safety and quality compliance
- 11Teamwork orientation with clear communication skills
