What You'll Do11
- 1Build and lead a team of technicians to deliver exceptional maintenance results

- 3Apply 6S methodology to maintain organized workspaces
- 4Operate specialized equipment for component removal and installation
- 5Coordinate with inspection teams to ensure regulatory compliance
- 6Maintain detailed records and complete work orders promptly
- 7Train and mentor junior staff to develop technical capabilities
- 8Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and improvements
- 9Drive continuous improvement projects across the facility
- 10Ensure all work meets FAA and company standards
- 11Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate aircraft movements
Requirements10
- 15+ years building aircraft maintenance systems
- 2A&P license required
- 3High School Diploma or equivalent
- 43-5 years aviation maintenance experience
- 5Valid driver's license
- 6Proficiency with Spark and Airflow platforms
- 7Strong knowledge of FAA regulations
- 8Ability to read complex technical documents
- 9Excellent communication skills in English
- 10Commitment to safety and quality standards
