What You'll Do10

  • 3Lead by example on product knowledge and brand philosophy across staff
  • 4Collaborate with Visual Merchandising on floor sets and windows as needed
  • 5Ensure opening and closing procedures comply with company guidelines
  • 6Maintain policy knowledge and operational procedures across the team
  • 7Contribute to inventory accuracy and low shrink through consistent touchpoints
  • 8Process Point of Sale transactions accurately and ethically
  • 9Diffuse conflicts professionally and escalate when necessary
  • 10Model positive client centric culture and support team performance

Requirements10

  • 12+ years of retail experience in a client centric, sales environment
  • 2Background in contemporary, premium, or luxury retail preferred
  • 3Proven ability to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • 4Experience with clienteling and building long-term customer relationships
  • 5Ability to motivate, coach, and influence team members to achieve goals
  • 6Experience supporting daily floor leadership including opening/closing responsibilities
  • 7Ability to work 32-40 hours a week with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • 8Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • 9Comfort with the store environment and physical demands of retail work
  • 10Proven ability to handle POS systems and maintain high standards of service
