  • 4Recruit onboarding and development of staff and sustain a positive team environment
  • 5Analyze sales reports to shape strategies and maximize business opportunities
  • 6Develop store business plans to drive performance and achieve KPIs
  • 7Maintain product knowledge and translate it to staff through training and client interactions
  • 8Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Buying on assortment and displays based on market trends
  • 9Model brand values and create a positive client focused environment
  • 10Partner with store leadership to sustain a professional, productive team atmosphere

Requirements5

  • 14-6+ years of retail experience in specialty, contemporary, or luxury environments
  • 2Minimum 1-2 years of management experience
  • 3Advanced clienteling skills with ability to build and grow a loyal customer base
  • 4Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs
  • 5Strong leadership presence on the sales floor with a hands on lead by example approach
