Overview
You will own field sales and mentor a growing team at Devine Business Group, driving B2B supplemental insurance growth in the Portland area. What You'll Do8
- 1Drive new business by meeting decision-makers in person and presenting supplemental insurance products face-to-face.
- 2Build long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups.
- 3Hit monthly sales targets by identifying client needs and closing deals ethically.
- 4Train new sales reps through shadowing, role-play, and constructive feedback.
- 5Lead weekly team workshops to sharpen sales techniques and product knowledge.
- 6Use CRM to log client interactions, track pipeline, and report on sales metrics.
- 7Coach reps on handling objections and closing strategies, modeling best practices in the field.
- 8Coordinate with team leadership to align training with company goals and sales targets.
Requirements7
- 13+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- 2Proven ability to mentor or train others in a sales environment.
- 3Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- 4Comfortable using CRM systems and Mac products.
- 5Self-motivated and organized, with ability to work independently in the field.
- 6Valid state insurance license or willingness to obtain one with company support.
- 7Ability to travel locally for client meetings and team events.
