Lead and manage all aspects of the store at Michaels Store PHX-GLENDALE AZ ensuring compliance with SOPs and Company programs. Deliver sales plan and profit plan while achieving team KPIs. Staff and develop qualified team members through hiring training and coaching. Serve as Manager on Duty maintaining operational understanding across departments.
