- 6Maintain operational understanding of all store departments and cross train managers
- 7Serve as Manager on Duty maintaining departmental knowledge and team readiness
- 8Drive customer brand promise delivery and manage team performance
- 9Interact respectfully with others and serve as role model for organizational values
- 10Conduct Manager on Duty rotations across all store operations
- 11Ensure physical readiness for standing and lifting tasks
Requirements8
- 15+ years of retail experience including inventory management and merchandising expertise
- 22+ years supervising diverse teams with performance management and talent development
- 3Ability to remain standing for long periods and lift heavy items
- 45+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 5Strong communication skills and ability to interact respectfully with others
- 6Commitment to fostering positive work environment and inclusive culture
- 7Experience with custom framing and production processes
- 8Dedication to supporting team growth and advancement opportunities
