Sales Enablement Manager, EdTech & GTM Strategy
Overview
You will own the sales enablement strategy for our go-to-market organization, scaling Salesforce, Gong, and Highspot adoption across customer-facing teams. You will partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to design onboarding programs, launch playbooks, and build content that drives measurable results. Expect to analyze conversion data, surface best practices, and create scalable training that accelerates ramp time for new hires. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, with a direct impact on revenue growth and customer experience.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and continuously improve onboarding programs to accelerate new-hire ramp time and ensure consistent sales readiness.
- 2Develop ongoing training programs that strengthen product knowledge with Salesforce and Gong, consultative selling, objection handling, and customer experience.
- 3Analyze sales performance trends, including conversion and win/loss data, to identify opportunities for targeted enablement initiatives.
- 4Review call recordings and customer interactions to surface best practices from top performers and turn them into repeatable playbooks.
- 5Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning and messaging into practical sales playbooks, talk tracks, FAQs, and customer-facing resources.
- 6Collaborate with Product Management to prepare teams for product launches by developing training, enablement content, and readiness plans with Highspot.
- 7Own the organization and maintenance of sales enablement content, including playbooks, product documentation, competitive battle cards, and sales presentations.
- 8Create certifications, learning paths, coaching resources, and sales enablement programs that drive measurable impact.
- 9Partner with Revenue Operations to maintain CRM data cleanliness and process consistency, ensuring teams find the right resource in seconds.
Requirements8
- 13+ years of experience in a customer-facing revenue role and/or Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, Product Marketing, or a related GTM function.
- 2Prior experience carrying an individual sales quota or serving in a consultative customer-facing role such as Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, or Retail Leadership.
- 3Experience designing and scaling enablement programs that improve onboarding, sales readiness, product adoption, or customer experience.
- 4Proven ability to build trusted partnerships across Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Experience, and executive leadership.
- 5Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence audiences from frontline employees to senior leaders.
- 6Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics, customer feedback, and business insights to identify opportunities and measure impact.
