Eyeglass World seeks a passionate Sales Associate to lead customer interactions and drive store success. You will own the customer journey from initial engagement to final product handoff while upholding brand excellence. What You'll Do16
- 1Create an Exceptional Customer Experience
- 2Deliver warm confident and personalized service at every stage of the visit
- 3Guide customers through eyewear selection final fitting and product education
- 4Ensure customers leave feeling confident in both their eyewear and experience
- 5Support clinical and in store flow assist with patient flow and pre exam screenings
- 6Help ensure smooth transitions between exam finish and pickup moments
- 7Serve as a calm knowledgeable presence throughout the customer journey
- 8Own finish and quality excellence perform finishing work including final adjustments inspections and quality checks
- 9Ensure all eyewear meets Eyeglass World standards for fit function and presentation
- 10Prepare orders for pickup and deliver polished brand aligned handoff
- 11Operate with precision and care support order entry tracking and timely completion
- 12Maintain organized clean and efficient finish and retail areas
- 13Identify and resolve quality or service issues proactively
- 14Bring brand to life model Eyeglass World service standards tone and behaviors in every interaction
- 15Uphold visual experiential and operational brand standards in the store
- 16Partner with store team to deliver consistent elevated experience
Requirements9
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2Work experience one year in optical retail sales or customer service required
- 3Strong multitasking time management and organizational skills required
- 4Clear communication and ability to educate customers effectively required
- 5Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction at every interaction required
- 6Support store team in shared goals required
- 7Bilingual abilities preferred
- 85+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow not experience with data tools
- 95+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow not experience with data tools
